How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be in processing. Please email us immediately at support@havenliving.us.

How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping within the USA takes 7–15 business days. Express shipping takes 3–7 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

What is your return policy?

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
We are so sorry! Please email us at support@havenliving.us with a photo of the damaged item and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
